In 2022, I was diagnosed with melanoma — an experience that profoundly changed my life and the way I relate to the sun, my skin, and self-care. From that moment on, the idea of protection took on a whole new meaning.
Haut was born from the desire to create something meaningful for those who, like me, have faced challenges with skin health, and for anyone who wants to feel good while taking care of themselves.
We are in the early stages of developing a line of UV-protective clothing made with natural fabrics. Unlike technical or mass-market apparel, our vision focuses on well-being and everyday comfort. These garments are not meant to feel like "medical gear," but rather like thoughtful design: clothing that blends protection, softness, and style in a natural way.
This project is also a platform for learning, collaboration, and connection — with textile experts, dermatologists, foundations, and people who care about living a healthy and beautiful life under the sun. We believe that prevention can be part of a lifestyle that’s gentle, intentional, and empowering.
